Where’s the Owner?

A few days ago, I found a missing dog poster on the floor of the lift. I sms the owner if he want to use my service to locate the dog. There was no reply. So I threw the poster away. Just now someone found a Shitzu at Simei and post it at my Facebook group. Now I cannot find the owner.

Only if the owner had use my service, I would have post the picture and his contact on the website. Now I cannot trace the owner. How sad.

This dog was found in bad shape, with dirty fur, tackled fur and had a lot of ticks.
It had been sent to groomer and all its fur had to be shaved off.
