I sms the owner if he want to use my service to locate the dog. There was no reply. So I threw the poster away. Just now someone found a Shitzu at Simei and post it at my Facebook group. Now I cannot find the owner.

Only if the owner had use my service, I would have post the picture and his contact on the website. Now I cannot trace the owner. How sad.
