Lost Cat Spotted in Simei
Recently I saw a lost-cat poster next to my lift. The cat owner was offering $500 reward for her white/black cat witha heart shape spot on her back.
2 days later the poster was removed. By the way, posters and advertisements on HDB properties are not allowed.
A week later, I spotted the cat playing in the grass patch. I want to call the owner but since the poster was torn down, there was no way I can trace the owner.
Having a webpage ensures that when people find your pet, they can find the owner.
